Paha tepig has the best evolution (i dont like oshawott past dewott). But oshawott will always be the cutest.

I think the background looks fantastic! I know I struggle with them That big ol nose is just adorable, and I love the little curls around the neck. The starfish are a nice touch as well. You just have such a great style <3

You're welcome! I'm personally a fan of backgrounds that aren't outlined in black. Not sure why, I guess because it seems more natural to me.
