Okay, to be honest, among these shows, I only watch Sherlock (oops) But I'm planning to watch Doctor Who and Supernatural so calm down... if you're freaking out.Each...uhm...man/ hunk took about 1 hour to vectorize? (if that's a word)

wholockian here. if you're going to watch DW here you better take a look at the classics as well. it's the show 50th anniversary this year.

I tried to watch it before (starting with the 9th doctor) and to be honest, I wasn't quite fond of Christopher Eccleston

Personally, I wouldn't skip the Ninth Doctor. It would make it harder to understand Ten's realtionship with Rose (and possibly make it less emotional and awesome) and Jack, you would miss some awesome iconic episodes and monsters ("The Doctor Dances" and "Dalek", though Daleks do show up later in the series) and some Whovians, unfortunately, shun people who haven't seen Series 1. I think you should watch it. It's only thirteen episodes, after all.
