Would be a good fallout concept, hopefully a modder will see this and make a armour mod for fallout when it comes out it would really fit in

Its really good, another thing I should mention is when fallout comes out, post your drawings on the Nexus website under fallout 4. A modder will pick it up as they are really good ideas
