Ornament Koroks are a part of the Holiday collection! They will return later this month in my final winter drop! They are made of soft minky with a machine embroidered face using metallic thread. They are approximately 8" tall and 7" wide. They can be hung up as actual ornaments using the ribbon on their mask! Base pattern by

ARTIST COMMENTS

During the winter holidays, the villages surrounding the Great Hyrule Forest have a longstanding tradition to honor the Great Deku Tree! They bring trees into their homes and decorate them with handmade ornaments to symbolize the guardian. The Koroks like to join in on the festivities too! Ornament Koroks sneak into the homes of villagers at night and take ornaments from the trees to use as their masks. They then hide themselves amongst the decorations. If you can spot the Korok and remove it from the tree, it will return later with a special gift for you! It's become tradition for children to rush to the tree each morning to search for any Ornament Koroks who might have appeared the night before. Whoever finds it first might just discover the toy they've been wishing for under their tree by the end of the holiday season!
