i know th BG is crappy.......no ideas for a good random bg -_-;and my coloring is stile sloppy XP i need to find a good coloring tutorial XD;
i think i like her ears up
and white and fuzzy XD

I like the look of its face. Also, have you tried vector tools?

Same as curve or bezier tools, you just draw a line or curve between two points but you can bend or stretch them. Photoshop has these.

You shouldn't be so negative about it, it's not sloppy at all. Or at least by my standards. (Sloppy is when you can't colour in the lines of a grade one colouring page

Seeing how a cat's eyes can reflect in the dark and look creepy cool, makes me wonder what two eyes in the dark with a glowing tail ring dancing in the air behind them would look like.
