Who else is hyped for Okamiden? Funny thing, last week I sketched a pattern for a Chibi-style Amaterasu plushie. It wasn't as cute, though.
As soon as I saw the official art I scrapped the other design and made this plushie instead. Aside from some minor things, I think it turned out okay. I do wish I had that fur-like fabric Build-A-Bear uses.Please ignore the dusty Xbox 360 in the background. I just can't find any games I like for it... *scurries off to play not-360 games*

I'm not really sure what it's name is, but it is kinda satin-y. I added some fabric stiffener to make it easier to neatly cut into the right shapes.
