I confess, I like this one. I had some great stock to work with. I always think there is room for improvement, though...so let me know what you think!Took me a handful or two of hours to finish this piece.

Edited: 10/13/09 - I upped the contrast on the horse/man and added more fog in the background to make it a little less vibrant. I liked the bright colors, but it didn't look realistic...lol. Comments always appreciated!

Well, depends on which fog you are referring to. Parts of it are original to the picture, parts of it were brushes and others hand drawn in with a soft edged round brush. I hope that answers your questions, and thank you!

I would suggest uping the contrast on the horse/man though. The background is very vivid in comparison. Duplicate layer/soft light would probably do it too.
