Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande's Rain on Me MV got uploaded a few days ago, and you bet your ass I did a render inspired by it!
I mean, have you seen the transitions? THEY. ARE. GODLY.
Also, I have no idea how to make a picture look like it's an actual reflection instead of a flipped image so I went with using the smudge tool in hopes I could imitate the gritty road texture.
Reona suggested to use the liquidation tool tho. I'll definitely use that in the future. Thanks sis!
