Popeye has a track record to make Superman, He-Man, Asura, the Flash, and Deadpool green with envy. When on spinach, Popeye’s strength, speed, durability, and flexibility increase at phenomenal levels. He has stretched his body to put Mr. Fantastic to shame, flew from the moon to earth in under five seconds (meaning his top speed is at least Mach 13, but it IS likely that he can go faster), moved the entire Earth (meaning he can lift up to 6.6 quintillion tons), closed up the Grand Canyon, can alter his density and shape, as well as single-handedly KO the moon AND the sun. Consuming spinach even gives him powers beyond his realm of reality. One time, when he had to save his father (or "pappy" as he calls him), he tore apart the very film the cartoon was taking place on and sent the primitive "Goon" people into oblivion by having them fall off it.
