You may be rightβ¦but for us last winter started October 16th with heavy snow and did not end until the end of March. This is a major fruit growing region and everything from bloom to harvest was a month later than normal. Now it is the end of October and we have not yet had a frost (Iβm still harvesting tomatoes). Texas has a drought and you have an October Norβeaster.
