Brief background:

Jessie grew up in New York from parents who once their divorce had actually settled in, Jessie went from a rich family originally stemming from famous Meisters to close to rags pretty quickly. She wasn't at the bottom of the ladder but she was much too close to it to be comfortable. She went from a glorious private meister school, to a smelly normal public school. She went from high end clothes, to Payless shoes and off the rack sales outfits. She's materialistic, but that's what all little 8 year old girls are right? She wanted fancy things, to look fancy, to be fancy, but she couldn't actually say that in front of her busy tired mom now could she. So she nodded and smiled and helped, inwardly screaming her head off eventually turning her frustrations onto screaming on social media and thus taking her frustration against its denizens. Be a good girl but you'll get what you want in the end.

The internet is vast! Tutorials on anything, from how to pick a lock, to how to make a bomb, to basic code encryption and decryption and she absorbed it like a starved man. Firewalls were made to be broken. Files were made to be trifled with. Don't be smug, she can break your shitty little code in a matter of seconds. Breach after breach after breach, eventually she broke into something she obviously wasn't supposed to and it sent a weird message- " Congratulations for breaching our firewall Jessie Azia, we invite you to Tabula Rasa! Too bad about your computer though lol :-p" The computer burned on the spot. She was forcefully picked up and brought to the school, and lord behold she joined because why not, free education let's give mom a break.

She crossed the US. She made it to Elysium. She was here with the first wave but she's been in her office since then. Every time something happens afterall, the electro interference is ridiculous on the network. It's not worth her time to put herself on the line, plus you don't even want to see what happened when they entered the Capital.

Jessie likes things going her way more than she will ever show initially. She wants things, she likes things. She likes things like money, glory, she likes them a lot. She knows her limits and knows when to back off, completely unwilling to put herself in a situation where she knows she won't at least make the smallest of contributions to. If it's a dead horse, it's dead. Leave it like that. She might be a little controlling, but she does also like people and is willing to somewhat bend herself to save face. She has extremely high expectations and has a little bit of a habit of withholding the truth.
