It's Mele from Jyuken Sentai Gekiranger! Again, no witty dialogue here. Her and Ran were drawn such a long time ago that they're almost eligible for the 'old art' tag, and back then I just never came up with any good ideas. Something about all the different kinds of ki she has, geki, rinki, genki, etc, swelling up inside her? I dunno, search me.

Mele was a really fun character, I just wish there had been a liiiiittle bit more to her than just being obsessed with Rio. It would have been cool to see her and Rio actually get the chance to officially join the Gekirangers, we could have had a chameleon-themed female green ranger a full decade before Kyuranger! Also, Rio upgrading from Lion-ken to Gryphon-ken is a pretty straightforward progression, but I'm not sure I see the connection between Mele going from Chameleon-ken to Phoenix-ken...

Again, maybe just a little bit more than 'chubby'. Alliteration's hard, man!
