Description

Minato is the first of what is called "The Masquerade", a group of people in masks that set out to deal with big threats, it isn't quite in their place to interfere with police business if they don't have to unless they are required to work with them. Minato isn't much the leader as the position of leader always changes and the masquerade tends to have different members in a squad depending on the task at hand.
