If you meant why doesn’t Ganon go after Link himself in person, it’s usually either over confidence or some other reason. He didn’t kill young Link in Ocarina of Time because he didn’t want to lose more time than he had persuing Zelda and impa, and he let Adult Link wander because he knew Zelda would reveal herself. In the Wind Waker he was more than willing to finish off Link, but the King of Red Lions saved him, and then a second time, he was saved by Tetra, Komali, Quill, and Valoo. I believe in a Link to the Past he was too busy pulling Agahnim’s strings to personally deal with Link, and my headcanon is that he cannot leave the underworld in LOZ, but I don’t know any real reason. Don’t quite know his excuse in Twilight Princess though.

…Sometimes I worry that my portrayal of Ganon isn’t SRS business enough. I don’t think Ganon would ever do a derpy sarcastic remark like this… But im so bad at writing such cold un-fun characters like that. ))
