Well I'm sorry but I gotta agree with ~Emzzz . It is one thing to love an artist's style and it is another to completely try to make that style as your own. I'm also a friend of ~rose-a-petits-pois and when I saw this pic I was shocked as well since it is exactly as anything she would do, down to the little boy's teeth and its little crack. And then I decided to take a look at your gallery and it's like watching hers. You might not be copying a whole picture but you copy every detail of all her pictures, which to me isn't any best. It's okay to be inspired by other artists, we all do it! But you gotta use that inspiration to improve your own style. That's my opinion.

well I expressed myself a little too quickly, because I was a little shocked by the ressemblance and I apologize for being that firm with you. But I mean... I saw your work... and I know Rose-a-petit-pois since a few years now... and I must say that I'm scared of the way you were inspired by her. I know every one is inspired by something, and everything, but this went a little to far I think. I love what she does too, very much. But I think it is disrespectful to (excuse-me) copy as such, and pretend it is "inspiration".
You are talented, and I think you could create beautiful thing of your own. Take ideas you like from here, and there... but here's the point...: here and there... not only on one artist.
I hope I didn't hurt you with my first comment, if I did, I didn't meant to. I'm glad to be one of your inspiration, as I saw in your Journal..., but I would be even more happy to know that you are building your own style... inspired not only by the artist around you but by life in general, the people around you, the light, music, everything...

I really love how the bottom of her dress creates a frame around teh children. And it's great how she kind of has a circular shape around her face, and there is a circle surronding the children, too. This is wonderfully detailed, and I love how soft the colours are.
