Holy crap, after 9 and a bit months....IT.

DONE!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy. I'm going to frame it and stick it on my wall for all to enjoy. Sorry the picture's not the best. Took it with my phone, since my mother has mah camera.
...and I've already picked out my next x-stitch project. And it's even bigger than this one, lol.
I think I'm slightly masocistic.

I made the chart with a program called Prostitch. It's a really handy program that lets you turn images into patterns. Unfortunately I lost the one I made when my computer got wiped last year.

A little bit, but if the picture is the right size the pixels convert to stitches so it works out really well.

Yeah, I've had a few pictures that just didn't work lately ... the skin tone is just wrong to start with and the colours are all jumbled. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Some pictures just work better than others. Sometimes you have to just fiddle with it until you're happy with it.

I made the pattern with a program call Pro-stitch. You just put in an image file and after a bit of fussing with it until you're happy you have a pattern. X3
