History:
Brought up in a little countryside town, Rei was a happy kid born to a pair of loving idiot parents. His parents were former celebrities who had retired to their hometown after getting married, getting by on previous earnings. During his childhood days, his mother was particularly fascinated with the royal families, and enjoyed reading him stories about ancient Japanese royalty as well as Fairytales about princes and princesses. Rei started acting like a prince in a bid to make his mother happy, who would coddle him with compliments whenever he did. Eventually, he grew up with a slightly strange personality since no one told him that it was weird to address himself as a prince or go around asking girls to be his princess. Their little town had nice folks who were very accepting, and everyone got used to treating Rei as the prince of the village. * q * Rei grew up in a stress-free environment and pretty much played harder than he studied, busy changing "princesses" throughout his teenage days.

When he was 20, his parents decided to move back to Tokyo when his dad agreed to start on a business venture with some friends. And that was when Rei got a huge culture shock. The people in Tokyo were not half as nice as his previous town folk, and they were quick to judge him for his strange mannerisms.

His parents still dote on him incessantly and told him that it's okay even if he doesn't work since they make enough money. But now that he's a grown-up, he wanted to build his own empire become a respectable adult and make his own living. The problem, however, was that he was an idiot and had low educational qualifications, having only studied till high school. To make things worse, he was also socially awkward because of his eccentric character. Rei realised that the path to becoming a shining king adult was a long and arduous one. To be frank, he was only good enough to do odd jobs, which he deemed beneath him. After much searching and gathering feedback from his online followers, Rei found out about LoveStruck, and was particularly intrigued by how they function on Dere types. As much of an idiot as he may be, he had pretty much figured out from all the recent unwanted remarks that he has a severe prince syndrome, which hits the nail on the head for the OujiDere type.
