I saw the line art for this and I thought it was totally awesome, so I drew it in Flash/Illustrator. I still think its awesome.

I just vectorized it. NOTE: it is not complete. I didn't know what the kanji in the upper left was, so I just put a filler there for now (it means "body"). Also, I couldn't see the symbols on the inside mediumish circle so I made it zodiac signs - hope that's okay.
If Nashoba wants, I may animate this. It looks all clockwork and awesome, and when I created the file I set up all the objects with the potential to animate them later in mind.
A good way to spend Black Friday and avoid the shopping appocalypse...

The upper left character from the original is not one kanji, but two characters in Mandarin (Chinese), literally "change" "body."
Upper right, is "wolf", fairly obvious.
Not sure what the low center one is.

Oh my goodness! This looks SO much better in Vector than it does in the inked version I did. This looks bloody fantastic, let me tell you.
As for the other symbol, I apologize for not getting to you sooner, I did on the origional peice. Also, zodiac signs are awsome. Some of them were zodiac, some of them were other various symbols, or simplified versions therof, but the zodiac is great.
Also, I would be thrilled if you chose to make an animation of this... it'd just be so darn neat... ::Glee!::
