The upper left character from the original is not one kanji, but two characters in Mandarin (Chinese), literally "change" "body."
Upper right, is "wolf", fairly obvious.
Not sure what the low center one is.

Low center: "Wing" or "Aide (as in, servant)" or else a family name, Yi4.
Unclear significance.

Oh my goodness! This looks SO much better in Vector than it does in the inked version I did. This looks bloody fantastic, let me tell you.
As for the other symbol, I apologize for not getting to you sooner, I did on the origional peice. Also, zodiac signs are awsome. Some of them were zodiac, some of them were other various symbols, or simplified versions therof, but the zodiac is great.
Also, I would be thrilled if you chose to make an animation of this... it'd just be so darn neat... ::Glee!::
