Description Take me, she said -
the whiplash of her tongue
sealing the deal without a sound.
Stars clatter to a halt in her heart
where no truce is offered -
no white flag to beg
the jagged lie of refusal,
while the long, hot night
shoots up my spine
like an addict
and jolts my wires
hard and erect.

Her body
sears the limits of my imagination
and forces my mind into places
no man has tasted -
her lithe back a slashed promise,
her hips an invitation to plunder
and the sweet cleft between her thighs
the point blank target of my tongue.

Poetry is savage motion -
collateral damage of our bodies
twisted into knots of sheets
and pleasure shot
into taut nerves
and muscles
that spark electric
under the blushing moon.
