I think you mean prejudice, in general, unless... I'm somehow missing the point of this?

We call it also racism... But yeah, I think prejudice is the word that fits also well. I see two points in this picture:
1. If you are living in unsupportive enviroment as a GBLT-person, it will totally chain you, it will make you feel guilty for what you are. That's why there are the handcuffs.
2. In Finland being a GBLT-person was a crime until 1970. And in many countries being a GBLT-person is still crime and dangerous. We must not forget those who suffer. For me racism means just this: people are being unequal because of something that you don't choose for yourself. This is my view only.
