Used reference to paint this o:acrylic paint on 14x18 canvas
painted this in a time span of 3 days, for my teacher's daughter's first birthday (since her name is Sen)

because i'm terrible at creating my own username, i decided to name it after a pokemon but those are hard to come by. there was a post on pokemon names in different languages and poichigeon (french for pidove) sounded cool so i picked that XD

i like your gallery, but i must ask, what is with that sasuke? LOL.
i color somewhat anime-esque fanart (lol what is style?) as well as painting.
all i do is make sure all the shapes and colors seem right, and if not, i change it ? i'm not really sure what i do welp.

Sure! I got a wacom tablet thingy quite recently for my B day so I was trying to get used to it. i am SO NEW to digital art, and nobody in my family does anything arty, so asking other people is pretty much how I learn. I draw really badly in real life but digital art is great cause you can fix stuff

digital art is super convenient! Ctrl Z & the layers are tools i wouldn't survive without XD
except i have no experience with tablets since my parents think it's pointless :C
my advice, i guess would be: draw from references, either pictures or real life objects, start simple, learn realistic stuff before getting creative with style (don't always depend on anime and cartoon since they are still influenced by real life, but more exaggerated), try experimenting with color, lighting, styles, and practice as much as you can. poots i don't know what im going with this \o/
