Haha, thanks, I had this pet theory that he grew up in a Muggle neighborhood even before it was revealed to be canon, so I am definitely fond of that side of his backstory

i love him, thats me when I was a teen, I stayed indoors all the time, wearing rock band t shirts and writing moody poetry and listening to The Smiths or maybe the Cult, me and Sevy are from around the same period in history too

Thank you! I'm really glad that I have been able to put a tinsy bit of reality in the pic, because that's what I was aiming for - for some reasons, in spite of the books being centered mostly on Harry's adoloescence, with the few glimpses we had of his past it's Snape that struck me as the "real" teenager, one you can relate to.

I thought he might be because the early Sabbath songs would be kind of fitting for a dark, resentful teenager in the Seventies :-D After all, it was to early both for dark/goth and *shivers* emo music...

Thats very true! But since his family isnt very...Muggle orianted (besides him loving Lily) i would think he would go for a wizard band...but the only band i have herd of of the wizard world is...the Werid Sisters.
