Because Frost’s mother was a Wolf Mobian, her genes carrying her feral mode transferred to her son. But it wasn't until last several minutes until he killed Itzal that he finally tapped into this form.
Unlike Sonic and Ercan’s wereforms, Frost wasn't fueled with Dark Gaia Energy. This being said why he looks more feral. His ice power stronger than before and obtains night vision and super strength.
