this is the pre-evolved form of kecleon. I was created when they tried to create more kecleon due to the lack of it's population using a fossil. though this pokemon was created-------------------------------
to evolve chameleo to kecleon level it up to level 14

EDIT!: I realized what I did wrong. the lines weren't clean enough. I looked at it and I didn't like it cause it didn't look "official" like it didn't look Ken sugimori style. so that's why It' may look different to some of you people
