Same here!! Β Palkia is like a 2 year old toddler that doesn't want to do something and is about to throw a tantrum. Β That expression and crossed arms is a sure sign of a toddler-like tantrum, most likely one where he'd be on the floor kicking and screaming LOL.

I have no idea. It started out like, "Ok Carmen, let's draw a pokemon with exaggerated proportions." So I started drawing some shapes, and then I drew him crossing his arms and one thing led to another. And now we have a stubborn Palkia.
