Hello there! I sketched this dude yesterday after I got a slight idea for a quirk and wanted
to try it out! I also made a poll asking if the new oc should be a girl or boy and most voted for him to be a boy!

Description: Able to light up his body in a range of colours and modes such as flashing, colour change and brightness control usually with his eyes, freckles and fingertips. But he can also change skin colour on low opacity. Hikaru also has two bulbs attached to his nape which can extend up to 40 metres, so can be used as rope or torch.
The colours usually reflect his mood too.

What age did he obtain it: Bulbs grew in when he was 2yo, being able to extend them to 8 metres and began to be able to glow at 5 years old, beginning in his freckles and as he gets older he is able to glow in more places and have a range of modes and brightness levels.
How did he obtain it : Inherited from parents.
