MLP OC: Sacred Darkness

Sacred Darkness is the polar opposite of Holy Light. She is an Ascendant Pegasus who for unknown reasons wields the Element of Darkness.

Similar to Holy Light, Sacred Darkness has all the powers and rights under the Darkness domain including the overriding control and manipulation of the four basic elements on a negative polarity. Among the 6 Elementals, she is often regarded as the most powerful and often the most dangerous of the elements due to the simple possibility that she can destroy or simply erase things from existence in a heart beat. Because of this, Darkness is sometimes referred to as the Cursed Element. She is not evil, but rather uses a form of Pure Darkness that despite the destructive tendencies also comes with a curing and protective nature. Similar to Holy Light, she glows a dark aura around her body whenever she's using her abilities which often comes with a cold deathlike freezing which acts as a warning to everyone in the surrounding area.

Because evil favors the darkness, she has seen enough death and destruction as a result of villains trying to harness her power that it has left her nearly speechless and emotionless. She both hates and fears her own abilities as they have left her into a life of isolation and loneliness. However, due to their kind nature, Holy Light and Seiren Zero have begun to show her that there is more to her abilities than death and destruction. They are probably the only ones who have ever seen her shed tears with both sadness and happiness.
