yep. jsut took 2 things i like (pokemon and pre-343 halo) and put it together and this is what came out.

now all i have to do is figure out how spartan armor would look if it was to fit a floatzel. that might be hard to do around the legs.

i really suck at drawing. serously. i dont think i could. i might be able to try a pixel art form of it im minecraft. working off the floatzel sprite.
