Description

With Leon's unbeaten streak being shattered by Ash Ketchum on the world stage, the humbled but enthusiastic Champion of Galar was not deterred, and held a Galar League Championship not long after Ash departed for parts unknown. Victor here was entered alongside Leon's kid brother Hop, and Gloria, and the three of them traveled the region, getting into trouble, and beating down everyone in their path.

At the end of that path, both Victor and Gloria had fresh, unbroken win streaks, but only one could rise to face Leon, and break his streak for a second time. That one, was Victor, thanks in no small part to Leon's suggestion that he train at the Isle of Armor. While Hop got thrashed by Bede, Victor and Gloria clashed again, this time under Mustard's watchful eye, and to the winner went the Squirtle. Victor named him Tank, and discovered that he had a burning desire to Gigantathrash his Charmander friend that Leon had chosen instead of him.

Thus, when it came time to face Leon, Tank was ready with his own Gigantamax form, and bombarded another L onto his formerly unbeaten record. Since then, Victor has also remained unbeaten, and spends his days training with his Urshifu to keep it that way. By the current fanfic time, his win streak is almost as long as Leon's was, before he met Ash.
