This is my first redesign of a cartoon.

Peep the chicken, Chirp, the robin and Quack the duck are the three main characters of Peep and the Big Wide World, which is based on the 1988 short film Peep and the Big Wide World produced by the National Film Board of Canada, which itself is based on the 1962 short film The Peep Show, also produced by the National Film Board of Canada.
For their redesigns, I gave all three of them more feathery details to their bodies, but still retain their body shape. Peep has two-toed feet, blue eyes and his comb is larger. He now has a tail and small wings. Chirp's three strands of hair are replaced with three bright red feathers. She also has a tail, brown eyes and three-toed feet. She speaks in a British accent. Quack has an upwards tail, big wings, green eyes and a blue and white striped sailor hat.

Update on 2/5/19: Remove black outlining and added shading and lighting details.
