This is my new favorite card in the CMG. Team Rocket's Drowzee is a self-contained scenario, singlehandedly warping the nature of the battle. Rocket Machine greatly restricts Drowzee's movement options, but turns its Metronome up to 11 by making sure that no matter the result of the die roll, you stand to get some benefit out of it. Combined with Psych Up, Drowzee can attack anything it can see.(Savage - "This character must end its move adjacent to a foe if it can and doesn’t benefit from Prestige or Trainer effects"
