I wouldn't know how much it does or doesn't look like her but a bit more on the shading and texture would make it look less flat. Over all I like it. I'm really impressed with the hand.

Unfortunately my life drawing class, while providing plenty of opportunity to practice drawing people offered little in way of guidance of how to get the proportions right so I can't really offer any suggestions that would help with fast drawings like your 30 day challenge but when you have time to set it up the grid method can help with any kind of proportions.
