This really depends on what level of power Juggernaut is I mean World Breaker Hulk didn't even want to deal with him and Juggy wasn't even at his strongest at the time.

I mean, Juggs is just another heavy-hitter who took inspiration on Hulk by the sheer fact he's another big dude with giant muscles. Doomsday got inspiration from Hulk and just like him he's nigh-unkillable.

I think Doomsday took more inspiration from the Fury. Practically the same power set, man made lifeforms, known hero-killers. Plus they only came out, I think, 10 years apart.

Yeah, but Fury came out over 30 years ago. We've gained and lost characters in shorter timeframes. It's not unreasonable to assume that he was how DC got their inspiration for a hero killing monster that adapts to everything.

I wonder if Cyttorak would just ditch Cain after seeing Doomsday in action. Nothing Cyttorak loves more than destruction and mindless violence, which is pretty much Doomsday's bread and butter.

Brawling with a ton of collateral, yes. But not quite the mindless destruction that Cyttorak wants to reward him for. If I rememeber right, Cyttorak slowly drains Cain's power if he isn't breaking stuff for some amount of time.

Which reminds me that at one point Juggs got drained of his powers so much even Venom could take him on.
But then again that was also around the era where Venom was incredibly popular.
