I finally have a Milotic now that Omega Ruby made it easier to maximize the Beauty stats.I based it on the Taiwan Beauty snake that can be found in Japan as well as Taiwan.
Milotic is depicted in ancient paintings as it is known as one of the most beautiful Pokémon.
I designed it after a snake because in Asian culture (unlike Western) Snakes are viewed as good creatures that often are symbolic of beauty. When a person in Asian culture calls someone a "snake" they usually mean it as a compliment. Snakes in the Chinese Zodiac are known for always having their "best face on". They take great price in their appearance and dislike being viewed as unattractive. [I am a snake... go figure. That's why I like gaudy stuff...] xD

I've always said snakes are beautiful creatures. This one looks both beautiful and terrifying. I would not want to run into this in a dark lake...like it's scarier than your Gyarados

That's what its tail reminds me of!
We did a project in 3rd grade where we cut out shapes from black construction paper and glued colored tissue paper to the back (looked just like Milotic's tail) to make a stained glass effect art project.
I'd love to do a stained glass piece -if only I knew how xD maybe when I get my own house and can go crazy with the design.

That's why you should print it on plastic. They make those window clingers, turns any window into instant stained glass, unless you want to try to reproduce the effect with crayon shavings and wax paper.
