You need an FA account to see mature content. In order to view mature content on FA, move mouse cursor over "My FA" on top of the page.
Then move cursor to "Account Management" and select "Account Settings". In "Content Maturity Filter" choose "General,Mature,Adult". Click "Update" to save.
Now you can view any adult material on FA.

I've changed donation method of my Patreon from "per work" to "monthly"
