I like that you went with a more badass action-ready pose for Hinata. Cute and adorable is how she's usually drawn, make sense, but it's nice to see her in a fighting pose once in a while.

There's a good reason why Hinata is the fan favorite. Β Unlike the other female main and supporting characters, she's the only one to have an actual goal and character arc: gain the approval of her aloof father. Β It's nothing remarkable, true, but it's at least something. Β Some of Kishimoto's co-workers actually said that they think Hinata would have made a better heroine than Sakura, and it's not hard to see why. Β It's quite telling how clumsily written Kishimoto's main characters were when the story first started and how the side-characters had a much more balanced personality.

It was an amazing journey with a lot of characters being juggled around (maybe too many by the end).
