Couldn't really think of any title better for this one BUT to simply call it "Wood Elves", as really they represent their race very well in this piece/their individuals! The elven archer in all his natural tones with his loyal steed and the armored champion deep within the wood prowling with her huntress best friend They just come together really well heheheh They even each have a peach-colored animal companion haha!

I've had these linearts--Kristen's on the left and mine on the right--sitting in my folder to be colored for a long time lol. When Kristen first drew Aralyn and Valastolai together I knew I wanted to color it. [her lineart is addicting to color for how crisp and clear and perdiful it is << >> plus it's Aralyn and I adore him haha] And that I also kinda wanted to draw a companion piece with Poldalle and Beverly to it. And so I tried to mimic the same "slightly from below" angle and getting the animal companion in there "at the elf's side". And whereas Aralyn's got his bow, Poldalle has her two shortswords belted on and I wanted to draw her in her armor since he was drawn in his [though Kristen hadn't fully hashed out the details of his outfit at that time so he's got even more detailed stuff now but shhhhhh lol]. It's taken me forever to get around to actually coloring them both heh! But while my internet was down I finally resized Pol to fit next to him and put them together in an image and started coloring them Just finished them up now and so I'm tossing em up here for your enjoyment before I go to bed hehehe
