Heh.. this was made for a RL friend's birthday ^^She goes by Kouryuu online.. and Kouryuu means dragon of rain, so I thought I'd draw one for her xD
It doesn't look very rain-like, does it?
It looks too bright and cheerful, I think ^^ Ehh... I wanted to draw a sunset bg... but that seriously didn't work out
Heh 
So it's plain blue with a few clouds 
But yeah. Hope you like.

It does looks a little bright for rain, but I really like it that way. Kind of makes you think of rain in a happier way--it doesn't necessarily have to be gloomy and gray. It's a cute dragon too! I love the mistyness of the color.

Doesn't look too rainish, but 'tis definitely watery. Beautiful design. Luff the spikes and ears. The horns are adorable and 'tis nice to see legs and paws on a Eastern dragon that could actually support it's weight.
