Meow (the girls name) is a pretty old OC of mine, found her in an old sketch book and gave her new light~
The cat is actually inspired by Japan from nekotalia ... But it's super cute so hei. xD

If you don't mind, I have a couple comments for your comments.
1. Thank you for reminding me... I sketched them eyebrows but forgot to line them. orz
2. I do agree, but I drew them as so because I wanted to stick to the original style "Meow" was formed in.
My anatomy isn't very good, especially in this picture (her legs defy science), so I'll definitely start working on my anatomy and putting a lot more effort into improving.
