eghh as someone who's had the same thing said to me by other people, it's really not good to downplay yourself like that to artists/put them on a pedestal. you gotta remember that everyone's at a different skill level and that art takes time, and we're all still learning just as much as you are. art's not race or a competition; pollo and I and every other artist out there have taken a long time to get where they are now, you can too, it just takes time and patience to better yourself
