First off, the good things:
The darkness of the colors really create a somber/sad mood, matched by Matt's expression. The glow of his cigarette complements the colors. The folds and wrinkles in the clothes, particularly the shirt also look realistic.
Alright, now for...well, not bad things, but what needs improvement.
Matt's hair looks a bit flat and dull. The strands just kind of hang in his face instead of forming around his head like real hair. The nose looks a bit crooked. Namely, I'd say fix his hand holding the PSP-it doesn't really look like it's gripping it.
All in all, I really like this piece! Aside from Matt being my favorite, I really like the technological/melancholic theme. Keep it up!

I've got this question in my head for a very long time and must let it out
It's not a critique its just that I really want to know - what you love about Matt so much? What do you know that I don't? He looks cute, has Light's hair (big plus), but, as a character ALL I know about him is that he likes video games and he smokes.
