This is very nice artwork of Orihime!
It is simple, fresh and elegant. You represent her as being a form of beauty as apposed to cuteness - what most see her as. It is now becoming more common throughout artworks of her; even so, it is unique. You gave a semi-realistic look through her eyes.
I like the choice of your colour palette. The peach colours and faded orange go together really well. It seems like there is a light source at the upper right, and I like how you made it reflect off her barrette on that side. You did a nice job incorporating that light source with her hair and her face. However, I feel there should be more shadow on the right side of her face (on the left). For instance, where her cheek goes down to her chin, and her hair closest to her neck on that side should probably not see that much light.
Overall, I like this, but from my perspective it looks a tad unfinished. It varies if that is a good thing or not; if you wanted it to have that sketchy/expressive look, that would add to the freshness. Keep up the good work.
