Love the art work. And the style. However, ASoIAF dragons have 4-limbs. Like GRRM has pointed out, there are no vertebrates that have 4 limbs AND wings. Vertebrates have 4-limbs. It only makes sense for them to be in the wyvern style, i think it's called.
But everyone is free to make their own interpretation.
