Name: Penelope "Penny" Tonkin

Bio: For those growing up in Mahogany town, known for its larger than average population of ninjas, kids had to be nimble, or very good at hide-and-seek.
Penny chose the prior, as she was always running around anyway.
In fact, if it wasn't for her obscenely bright hair and her tendency to shout random things, as well as to never shut up, she may have made a decent ninja herself.
So instead, she continued to run around, always playing with stray pokemon, climbing trees and running away from ninjas.
Incidentally, for the first 2 years of her life, people thought she was a monkey. She obtained the nickname "Chimp" for a while, until her parents told the other kids to "cut it out". Many were surprised to find that it wasn't her real name.
When she was 10, she received an Eevee for her birthday and began her journey. Being young and uncharacteristically unimaginative, she called it "Eevee". Soon enough, she came across a thunderstone and her little Eevee, "Eevee" turned into a magnificent Jolteon.
When asked if she would change its name to "Jolteon" she cocked her head and replied, "...why would I do that?"

Jolteon (female): "Eevee" Is a very playful, almost puppy-like pokemon. As well as being very loyal to her owner, her first instinct is always to play with the other pokemon.

Ditto (genderless): "D.I.D." Is a ditto with identity problems. It no longer knows who it really is and questions reality to the extent any pokemon can.
Is this real?
Is anything real?
All of this is fairly unnoticeable though, because ditto is just a blob.

Chimchar (male): "Rasterphus" Has an intense case of A.D.H.D.
Penny found him bouncing around the treetops, positively flipping the hell out.
She caught it. Because it reminded her of herself.

Pikachu (male): "Paisly" Is a Pikachu with self-esteem and insecurity issues. It will take a little effort to get this pikachu to actually attack or...do anything aside from cover its face and cower.
That's what the oran berry is for.
It's not much, but has a slight "Scooby Snack" effect.

Psyduck (male): "Codeine" is a Psyduck with chronic insomnia. Since Penny has had him, he hasn't slept a wink. Just sits in his pokeball, slowly rocking back and forth.
This lead to his addiction to pain killers, though for all he knows they could just be very powerful placebos.

Jumpluff (male): "Mr. Fluffy McFearson" Is the villain among Penny's pokemon group. Struck with Psychosis, he battles to the death...uh...fainting. Whatever.
In sits in solace within his pokeball as he constantly plans this world's demise.
He drew that mustache on with permanent marker.

Edit Penny doesn't wear shoes 8D

Entire blame goes to *drumroll* ...... !
This is why we should go to sleep at 12/5am instead of chatting! XD
