I like it very much, especially the light on the man at the foreground. Good work.
The only thing, that is bothering me is, that you always have used the same model.
You could transform - for example - the angle of the models, so that they are not look so similar.
I know, the title is 'Monotony', but I think the gravity and the fall of a human is always different.
And maybe a radial gradient would focus the view to the middle.
The color is very good and gives the picture the right atmosphere.

Thank you very much for the critique! I was originally only planning on using one falling model but i felt the repetition of the same two models would really exacerbate this idea of 'Monotony'. Maybe it just didn't work the way i expected.
