Can't work like this...Aargh! Stll got some problems with Photoshop, don't know what to do...I've been working on this for 3 days straight and I don't like how it turned out. Photoshop sux...Oh...I'm so pissed....Goku and Co. pay a visit to Piccolo's house...You may wonder why Goku asks for a tip...Yeah...Chichi is behind all these, you guessed right...Don't ask how Dende ended up being with them though...I thought of drawing him once, he deserves more attention, after all he's a Namekian dude as well!

Have you tried Open Canvas? That's what I use for my coloring... it's not so good for moving things around and cropping and stuff, so you may still need Photoshop for some stuff, but the install file for Open Canvas is like 5 megs, so it's not exactly the memory hog that Photoshop is... *shrug*
The picture turned out great, but I know at least on my computer when I have a 300 dpi scan I have to wait like 10 minutes for Photoshop to do what I asked it to which is really annoying...

I'll try, although I work on 250mb files (don't say I'm nuts, I know it's too big, but that hasn't got to do with Photoshop's malfunction. I've been working on it since 2002!!!)

Wow, jeeze. My files are more around 50 mb... Then again, I only have like 400 mb of ram (ram has some burnt spots...)
It's always good to have a high-quality printable version of your stuff and all, but you must work at like 1200 ppi or something?

So like... you could print out high resolution billboards...
I printed out part of my picture of Gohan in his room once and it would have been like... the size of the side of my house but then I realized I was printing it at 72... lol.

It depends on many things...I've never really printed
anything for my portfolio--never--don't know why, I should, (only on a laser A3 printer but...bleh...its calibration was awful and destroyed the original coloring.)
