he can't have dragon power and set it to celestia, plus this power of Spike the dragon use he need a seal on a scroll, this power dont work on living bean, if Spike use on someone, he will sample burn them, not teleport them, only fan joke you see Spike teleport flame work on something or someone over a scroll with the seal of the pony his need to go too!
