Hey everyone, sorry again for not posting in ages. School has been crazy lately and I’ve had less time for personal art. But hopefully soon I’ll be able to start getting in the groove of things again. In the meantime, here’s Tucker Holland with a new look!
Since more and more of my characters are becoming regular animals I decided to turn him into a falcon (based loosely on a juvenile peregrine falcon, but I wanted to keep his old design somewhat). Before that, he was an open species from Deviantart but I’ve kind of fallen out of those to be honest. I think I like this new, more simple design more and now he fits in better with the other surfer gang! Soon Deirdre and Mona will also be getting new designs. Another thing is that I decided to get rid of his Hawaiian shirt, I think the striped shirt is more fitting for the time period and I just like it more aesthetically. Marley and Chester happened to wear the same thing in another drawing but their main outfits are still the blue shirts… and I think all the characters change outfits a lot. It’s fun to draw them in different things.
