Looks great, like the work on the outfit.
One small problem, her ear looks funny, like its flat, unless she is wearing ear coverings.
Looks like the glow from the magic energies don't show up on the surrounding area. Should be some glow effects on her right hand. If you have radial lights in Poser, you can put a dim one there or paint some blue highlights.

No, I was given a focused-light source script after the image was created. I've yet to steal the time to go back and fix it.
