Mi'ri'lil and the Ricars (Ricar (left) and Quor'vlosarra (right)). I had to shrink Mi'ri'lil from the original stock pose due to her being less then 5' tall (as a dark elf she's very short) and the Ricars are over 6' tall.

It's a bit of a story...

Mi'ri'lil fell in love with an intelligent holy sword named Ricar who was made of a strange white metal. Sometime later through a magical event he was changed into a human. As a human he's unnaturally white, like the metal. It's too long of a story to bother typing up here, but in a nutshell, after years together she lost him, was re-married to Laer'ien, and eventually found Ricar again. It was that that time she she also found 'Ricar' (who would become Quor'vlosarra). Quor was the person who had a piece of his soul taken to create the sword. So.. Mir'i'lil had fallen in love with him 'through' the sword being that it's the same personality/person. He also felt an initial connection to her.

It took a bunch of Roleplaying to figure this one out. O.o She was married to Laer'ien, but due to planar time differences what was over a century for her was less then a decade for Ricar, and now this second Ricar who she seemed to have a bond with. Ricar still viewed himself as married to Mi'ri'lil... it was a mess. But flighty Mi'ri'lil left it to the three paladins to figure out for themselves. >.>

Laer'ien eventually decided that it was much like a MIA soldier coming back home to find his wife re-married. Elves are fairly open about relationships, and Mi'ri'lil is a dark elf who basically are 'whatever the woman wants'. So it was decided to try to have a polyandrous relationship.

Due to confusion between the two names the original human Ricar started to be called 'Quor'vlosarra' by Mi'ri'lil (soul mate in drow) and it caught on so that his nickname is 'Quor'.

So far it's all been good. ^_^

(Believe it or not, that is a really condensed version of part of the story. O.o Never mind stopping a plot to destroy 666 worlds that had to be stopped while re-finding Ricar, etc.)
